If it weren’t for Dr. Netteland, I would not come here. She is amazing, the rest about this place is not. I work three jobs so scheduling is very important to me. Every time I try to call this place I’m always on hold for 10 to 15 minutes and sometimes never get a response! Today I have tried calling two times to cancel my appointment and after 10 minutes I had to hang up because no one got back to me. I have been going here for 10 years and this year has been the biggest struggle with getting my script sent to the pharmacy. Dr Singh is my dr and the last 2 months I’ve had to call in over 5 times to get it sent in. Last month took just under a week. And this time I have had to wait a week. Mind you I’ve been told I can’t call too early because of the type of medication. This last week I’ve been told it’s just waiting for her to sign it. A week. I need my medication to function. Urgent care was a waste of time and the girl at the front desk had no idea what she was doing and was trying to get me to pay $100 and I was like no it should be like $30 bucks with insurance and she was like oh yeah you’re probably right so had me pay $30 and mind you she wouldn’t even make eye contact with me… I waited two hours for UTI meds and the doctors were so rude when she said nothing showed up and I told them I took an old antibiotic because I was in pain and she’s like “why would you do that” and I was like I get ... read more

The first visit my wife was with me and he acted professional but when I was there by myself a few weeks later he was hardly even listening to my concerns and seemed more interested in how my wife was doing and 3 times told me to relay his hi's and well wishes got the feeling he wanted her phone number but that might have been pushing a bit too much.
