All the staff is wonderful. I have met several dieticians they all listen to me and help make a plan that will work for me. The front desk is always welcoming. The nurses are great and supportive. Dr Smolik is very though and explains everything very well. Joel Rand PA does a good job with after care. Everytime I call I easily get to speak with someone or I leave a message and they get back to me by the end of the day. I would highly recommend this office.

4 years out and although my surgery was a success and very happy with the results and surgeon, disappointed that for a simple yearly follow up appt, I was not to have my infant with. As a single and struggling mother with little to no help and struggling with childhood (and adult traumas) I do not give my kiddos up to be watched. Drove an hour to my appt, to turn around and feel defeated. Personally I don't think I will ever do a follow up appt again. For the next 4 years I will have a kid attached to me. Absolutely lazy people at the front desk. I feel like they don’t do their job. Been coming here for seven months and everytime we come here I have to fill out a new med sheet. One day I asked if they had it on file so I could copy it so I wouldn’t have to look my meds up and they said they don’t have it on file. So literally what’s the point of filling it out if it’s not going on file. Had alternator die on the way there. Rescheduled for the next day. They treated me horribly. Then when my appointment was over, they called me at home told me to put them on speaker so my family could hear, then chewed me out and humiliated me in front of my wife, kids and grandkids, then dumped me from the program. They said it was because I have dementia. I believe this to be discrimination. They are also proud of the fact that they never answer their phone. They actually told me this.
