I cannot say enough wonderful things about this OB office! My most recent pregnancy and delivery experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I delivered at Mercy West, and the care was so exceptional that it honestly made me wish I had delivered my other two children there as well. Don’t recommend. Find anywhere else. Ask you to pay half your bill so it doesn’t go to collections, so you pay half. Mind you the doctor didn’t even do half of what I was billed for. Now they sent to collections for the other half and it’s a law firm so they won’t settle and will take you to court. Won’t provide an itemized bill. Hardly liked any of the doctors here anyways. Will NEVER be returning. Do yourself and your pockets a favor and don’t come here.
This place is so backwards, lol. I went to my first appointment and the doctor (Fagerland) barely examined me and said I needed to be referred out to have a biopsy. They then proceeded to tell me that I couldn't have my Mirena removed that day, although that was part of the original reason I made the appointment. They said I couldn't have it removed by any of the male doctors because NONE of them will touch birth control since it's "against their beliefs". Darci Lewis I will NEVER recommend to anyone ! One of the most rudest doctors! seemed like she didn’t even wanna do her job. If I could switch obs I would to bad I’m to far along. Every other doctor I’ve visited was great BESIDES HER. I will always remember how she made me feel and honestly if I knew how to report this a better way I would.
They won't dig deeper into your symptoms just want to prescribe BC and do nothing else for you but also then send a huge surprise bill and threaten legal action if you don't pay in their timeframe. Also they tried to do everything on their clunky online system but that's not how I do things.
