super rude, defensive, and lazy employees, everytime my mother calls for stuff they give her attitude. not to mention my mother was on the verge of death from lukemia and it took them 72 hours, two phone calls, and three trips to the ER for them to put in the referral to the Oncologist. we had to go to iowa city for them to finally figure out what was wrong with her and she was days away from dying. do NOT Go here.
