Glad my cancer test was genetically negative... but I know they are in my corner for my needs! Also, they are better looking than Dr. Raymond Roewe!!! LOL
Front desk ladies perfect, Katie ( long dark hair) exceptional friendly, knowledgeable, Dr Mark. Straight forward no b.s. we like that. Left UW Madison . Hard to get to with high traffic, parking a night mare. Dr office took a good 20 min to find with verbal directions. You are a number there. We are totally estactic and so glad we ask for a Dubuque referral off the cuff. Thank you Mercy One. We are trusting and at ease now with your professionalism. ❤
I want to thank the staff of Dubuque Cancer Center for their constant professional care and treatment. It is not easy to face cancer; however, with their support I completed treatment. One of the best days of my life was ringing the bell signaling we all had gotten through treatment.
Very friendly staff, lab personnel are very professional. The radiation medical people are caring and humorous. The chemo nurses want to ensure that you are comfortable and periodically ask if you need anything. The oncology Drs and nurses are caring and also very professional.
I just had the worse experience with one of the secretaries in their oncology department. Just the rudest, most uncaring woman I've ever dealt with. Cancer is already stressful, and having someone belittle you over the phone is a horrible experience.
