Both of my parents are there and a family friend and it has been the worst experience for all of them. We are actively trying to find them another place. Staff and the nutrition are terrible.
I'm happy to recommend Mercy One Senior Care. My Aunt Rose, for whom I share POA duties, has been a resident there since 2022. She has received quality care from individuals who treat her as their own family. I have never heard a complaint from Rose. It is comforting for family to know my aunt - who cared for so many herself - now has the best care. Thank you to all who work there.
