I'm happy to recommend Mercy One Senior Care. My Aunt Rose, for whom I share POA duties, has been a resident there since 2022. She has received quality care from individuals who treat her as their own family. I have never heard a complaint from Rose. It is comforting for family to know my aunt - who cared for so many herself - now has the best care. Thank you to all who work there.
I do not recommend you putting your loved ones in this nursing home! My grandma has been found with strange bruises. My grandma has also been found covered in Piss head to toe. No one cared to clean her or take her to the bathroom. This place is very abusive. I can only pray it gets shut down
I have noticed when visiting there that the staff goes beyond the call if it would be taking a resident outside for a walk, to a doctor appointment, or just spending time with a resident because they are having a ruff day. Thank you staff for all you do the families should really appreciate all of you .
Staff are aggressive with residents, don’t send your loved ones here!
