I don’t know the name of the receptionist is but she is unprofessional and rude. I asked her if Mercy east village in my health plan ‘s net work Mercy one health plan HMO She snapped at me with don’t know ,ask your insurance

I was just met with the rudest woman I've ever experienced. No hello, no helpfulness. The second just sat and ignored me. There were 3 of us at a time and it was like we were a burden. She didn't want to move out of her seat, just had abrupt short answers...if I didn't really need this appointment I would have left.

Awful place that highlights everything wrong with the system. I recently went in for a physical, I was the first patient of the day. The Doctor could not have cared less about hearing my concerns or actually doing a routine physical. He asked me basic questions that were already answered in my medical history, took my breathing, and then said, "You're healthy, goodbye." The entire exam took five minutes. I just called the front desk and was met with the most shockingly rude woman I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking to (I called about 5 minutes ago, I don’t recall her name, but I believe it’s Diane based on other reviews I read. Not sure why she’s not fired yet…). I have been lied to a couple times by the receptionist or whoever answers the phone at that office. I don’t remember her name but based on other reviews I think it’s Diane. I told my doctor at MercyOne to send my medicine to a specific pharmacy and when I went to pick it up, they told me that my medicine was still scheduled to be sent at a different pharmacy so they can’t give me the meds.
