I moved to Decorah for work, but I still come back here for my primary care provider, Tammy Price. She's that's good, and I trust her with guiding me in healthcare decisions. Nurses, lab workers, front desk staff, all excellent at their job.
Called and begged to be seen 3 days in a row for a refill on my asthma medicine. Was denied all 3 days because I don't have money or insurance. The next day I have a serious asthma attack and get rushed by EMS to Mason City ER. It could have been prevented but the direct neglect in care from this "care center" is why I had to go through this terrible experience. If you don't have money you will be denied care DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL
Kelli Lilly, Molly Eichenberger, Tammy Price are amazing and all staff members at Mercy One City Iowa in Forest City Iowa are phenomenal at what they do and helping myself and others keep up the great work I truly appreciate all that you do for me. Have lived in the area for years haven’t been able to get a provider at this clinic for years even when my primary physician was leaving at the mercy clinic I’m at needed to get my newborn in for a very easy test after hospital stay over the weekend my primary clinic couldn’t give me a answer so I called to ask if they could take us and maybe get a primary physician at this clinic and staff wanted to argue with me
Doctor Becca is absolutely amazing. Patient and kind, yet thorough with information. I love seeing her.
