The negative rating is directly related to billing. My son visited this location 7 times for physical therapy only. It is billed out as “hospital” with the total charges at $2,359.00. That is $337 per hour for stretching and not all hands on. When it is billed as “hospital” it goes against your yearly deductible and not a simple co pay. Know exactly how they will bill ahead of any services. There are other physical therapy options in the Quad Cities for sure. Legal robbery here.
The receptionists are always nice and therapists know what they are doing with comassion and emphathy. Amy is mine. Sweet person
