The worst patient experience imaginable. I went in for testing and did not receive follow-up testing results for over 1 week. The typical testing time is no longer than 72 business hours. I called my practitioner’s nurse several days in a row for follow-up and never received any calls back. The office manager also never followed up with on what the issue for my testing was even after admitting someone ‘dropped the ball’ at some point in the process. Dr Munro is very empathetic and thorough. He really takes time to listen and doesn’t rush through visits. He is very personable and he also took time to help with extra paperwork that was required. I have seen him many times and would recommend him to anyone. My husband and I have also had several appointments with Dr Leddin and she is very professional and caring. Overall, our experience with this clinic has been good.

I typically go to another family clinic, but I had a rather urgent issue (not urgent enough for Urgent care, but urgent enough to be seen before my regular clinic can see me). To my pleasant surprise, I was able to get in and see Dr. Munro that day with a rather sensitive issue. Dr. Munro and his nurse were fabulous. Dr. Munro was very empathetic to my issue and respectful. Never felt rushed and made me feel at ease. All in all a very positive experience. I've been calling week after week, for a couple months, to get my next theraphy appointment scheduled. Problem is, answering the phone is impossible for some reason. Last time, I was going to miss a therapy session due to an emergency but they did not answer. So I've been needing another session for a couple months now and no answer?? Left a couple voice-mails to get one back finally to say I'm dropped from theraphy, from missing appointments. I haven't missed any without calling. The last one they decided to not answer.
