I had an appt scheduled for 130 and went in the requested 15 minutes early to check in. When I got there no one was upfront to help me check in so I went to the pharmacy side and asked those ladies if they could let someone know that I was here to check in their response was oh they are on lunch someone will be with you shortly. No one was upfront until the time I was supposed to be being seen.
