Never got past trying to set up an appt. The receptionist gave me the “I don’t really want to be here doing this” vibe over the phone. During the phone conversation, she asked which dr I’d like to see. I explained I had no preference which in my mind meant “the physician who is available the soonest”. The receptionist told me in kind of a rude tone that she wasn’t able to choose my primary care for me and that I needed to look at who was available on their website and call back. Staff all great except Dr. Never made eye contact or smiled, seemed bored, unfriendly. A doable solution to my problem not found.
I've been going here for years the last couple of times my concerns and questions was not important to them,the lab tech thought she was trying to catch a gold fish in a aquarium, both my arms were bruised!!! Methodist clinics might be a better option.....
I love Lisa McCormick she is the best ever! And the front staff are very friendly!
