I've been going here for years the last couple of times my concerns and questions was not important to them,the lab tech thought she was trying to catch a gold fish in a aquarium, both my arms were bruised!!! Methodist clinics might be a better option.....
Im paralyzed & been going here for years and would not say its ADA compliant. Just like the many places I have found and bring up to the city and the place and they just shrug me off. Dont get back to me. Makes me sad its December-2-2025 and place still can get away with it. Im not clicking on any links sorry you know who I am when I come in to office
I live in Pleasant Hill and drive to Mercy Indianola because I really like the staff & how I'm treated. My husband does the same. We are very happy with the care.
They hurry you out and less concerned about your needs, maybe it's time to find a clinic that cares about people.
Yesterday I went in because of a allergic reaction my oxygen levels were 89 and I should have been offered oxygen and other advice on what to do about the reaction as I am allergic to Benadryl and so many things. Instead they didn’t even inform me about it being to low. As usual I have to do my own research. Doctor and the assistant still failing to treat women the same way they treat men
