I have visited Urgent Care several times over the past ten years. It was never something serious but things that were making me miserable. The latest was a sting by a bee (or it could have been a little wasp). I’m improving with the meds the Dr. ordered for me. I was also impressed when twice over the past years a dear friend of mine was visiting. She is from Kentucky and there was no issue or questions about her going to Mercy Urgent Care. Urgent care Hours say open until 7 pm. Showed up at 430 pm. Physician on duty said no more patients after 430 because he had plans I guess. Do not recommend. Wish I would have gotten his name. Ended up driving to south side
I highly recommend this place! All the people here are very, very friendly! My mom took my 6-year-old twins because they were very sick. On this day they went to school dressing as nurse/doctor for some activities, had a little cough but at the end of the day got very bad and ended at urgent care🥹 I wasn't able to go because of my work, and even though my mom doesn't speak English, everybody was trying to speak to her in Spanish, even if it was just a few words. This clinic does not answer telephone calls . Called on Sunday multiple times within this clinic's declared work hours. Reception kept disconnecting calls after 6 rings. Medical staff option did not answer either. We ended up taking out business to a different healthcare system.
Got here at 9:40am and didn’t get called back until 10:30am which is fine but then I wait an additional 40 plus minutes and still counting before even being seen by the doctor. This isn’t the first time it’s been like this either. I won’t be going back to this clinic!
