I was very lucky to find this place when going thru breast cancer. Everyone there is so kind and caring. I truly felt that they cared about everything I was going thru. Dr. Susan Beck is the best along with her whole crew. So sad to hear she is retiring she was a blessing.
I have called them SIX times in the past two weeks and no one EVER answers the phone. I have left two voicemails and no response. I need to schedule my mammogram (I had BC in 2022 so it's kind of a big deal to me). While I loved my surgeon, Dr. T., the way this clinic is managed is incredibly disappointing. I've called this office several different times this year for different reasons and always hang up feeling like they don't value customer service. They seem bothered by the call and don't want to do anything that seems "extra" to them. Typically, when a patient is calling with an upcoming appt and has billing or insurance coverage questions it's because they're concerned they can't afford to go which is terrible and people should have compassion but a large hospital system like MercyOne should also have PRICE TRANSPARENCY. Women health center... Not a great experience. I was referred by my Dr. not a great nor good experience. It was difficult to make an appt. When I finally went to the appt. they did not have me scheduled. Took off work for nothing. Side note: it's unprofessional to have a medical conversation with your patients in the waiting room. The staff and doctors really care about each patient and make every effort to ensure they feel welcome, comfortable and heard. I have been there multiple times and each time I feel extremely confident that whatever issue I am facing my doctor will be compassionate and determined to find the best treatment option available for me.
