This is a very friendly and well run office. The front desk is welcoming and does their best to accommodate to your needs. Dr. Sheryl Hansel is outstanding as a doctor professionally and personally is very warm and caring. We never feel rushed and always feel we have 100% of her attention and Dr. Hansel’s demeanor has a calming effect. Any calls or text to her are responded to surprisingly fast. She remembered my aunt’s 100th birthday and called her after hours to wish her happy birthday!

My dr was retiring so after lots of searching I decided to see Kylie Bundt on Kimball in Waterloo. I had just had surgery and I didn't have first apt until 12/9. So I called to see if I could get an earlier apt cause I thought I may have a UTI. My husband took me to the clinic and I use a cane/walker. I've been a patient here since 2009. The nurses I've dealt with are amazing, as are the receptionists. It would be nice, however, if my doctors would stop leaving. I had one for about 6-7 years, who I really liked, then he left the practice. The doctor who replaced him, I really liked, but he was there only a short time before he left. The doctor who replaced him ice only been to once, so far, but...I wasn't impressed. Hopefully she'll grow on me.

Been a week without medicine. Had to do a physical. Came in on Wednesday and did it. Didn't fax it by Friday morning. I called and the triage lady said the nurse will surely have it faxed by this evening. Called my pharmacy and nothing. I hate leaving bad reviews but they could handle this situation much better on many different levels.

Do not go here! My husband has been a patient for 10 years. His primary doctor retired. When I called to make an appointment with one of the other doctors we were familiar with, I was told that he had to see a certain doctor. Well guess what? I don’t want to see that doctor! This doctor is leaving at the end of the month for a perm. doctor to come in. First of all, I pay a lot for my Blue cross insurance and will have a portion to pay for the visit.
