I would highly recommend. Love the staff so friendly and helpful and so is Dr Jessica Kopline. She is super nice and always willing to help. This clinic is the best around. ♥️ Somethings they can’t do here so you will have to go to Mason City for but it’s only because the clinic is a smaller clinic and they don’t have the things they need in order to help. I know they would otherwise. I love that the Dr actually cares about her patients and tries her best for them. Thank you so very much! :-)
Got to my appointment right on time and had to wait over an hour to get in. Late for work thanks to this. I expressed this and the best response was a couple minutes after I had been waiting for 30. Apparently a couple minutes means over a half hour. Good nurse but unorganized receptionist.
My brother came here yesterday with a golf ball sized lump under his jaw. He was in severe pain, and was having problems breathing, and he was turned away for not providing insurance right away. They tested him for strep, and said they can't do anything else. He spent the whole night in the ER in Mason. NOT impressed.
What an amazing place and great people. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and they care. Dr. Keller is very personable and goes the extra mile for your health. Would recommend them to anyone looking for family health care.
Real family environment with professionals that genuinely care about you. Plus they enjoy a good a good laugh.
