Lady who answers the phone at the Family Medicine Residence department DOES NOT LISTEN. I tried to explain her multiple times about an appointment I had with her and she transfer me to another department, wasting my time.
Bad experiences with treatment of my mom and dad, including poor results, difficult personalities and attitudes of some nurses and doctors at both west campus and main hospital. Emergancy room waiting times are way to long and very un professional.
Dr. John Swisher of the Family and Sports Medicine clinic is two-faced and only cares about his patients when it’s convenient for him. He used to be a good doctor to me, but I guess when things get complicated, he’ll leave you hanging. His nurse was cold too. I’m seeing a trend amongst Mercy staff, honestly. If you were to interact with me, you’d find I’m a very quiet, respectful person, not quick to anger, raising my voice, calling people names, anything. If I could give zero I would!!! The front desk lady very very rude!!! Going on 5 hours for the ER to get my daughter seen by a dr.
Nice rooms for the patients. Doesn't have the hospital smell to it.
