Highly recommend! I have been seriously ill for 6 months and seen countless providers trying to receive help, and Dr. Oswald is literally the only one who has treated me with kindness and listened to me. Every single other provider I saw (my old pcp, a gastroenterologist, and an ent) ALL insisted i must have acid reflux and would not consider anything else. Doctor was fine. Nurse is great at punching through veins. Bedside manner was more than lacking. Another unhelpful thing my taxes barely pay for.

Dr. Briggs is one of the best doctors I have ever been to. She is professional, kind, and THOROUGH every time. It would have been easy to say it’s just this, here’s some antibiotics or rest. But she’s willing to do the work and order testing to find EXACTLY what is wrong and be sure there’s nothing serious being missed. A lot of facilities have super rude front desk clerks but the receptionists and all staff here are nothing but kind, helpful, and professional. HIGHLY recommend Dr. Briggs at the Norwalk Mercy.
Nothing less than top care and professionalism. I've had both physicians as primary care givers. Dr. Agey for 20 years! Now I have Dr. Briggs with only positive things to say. Good people from the front desk to nurses to lab techs!
