This rating isn't for my doctor, but for the billing department of my doctor. My insurance has no charge for primary care visits, but this office keeps charging me for these visits and tells me I'm responsible for the charges nonetheless. I was actually called by a billing representative who left me a voicemail stating that my being charged for these visits was a program error that they found and corrected, so to disregard the charges and they would be removed. Update: Now this incompetent doctor's office has sent a lab work bill to collections!! I've never had to pay for labs at any other office besides this one. Par for the course. Apparently, they're so incompetent, they don't know how to properly bill your insurance. If you go here you better be on your death bed or the jokes on you. Complete incompetence.
