I was not please with my visit. I was checked in under someone from a different state. This caused many time consuming issues during my appointment. It then led to me sitting in the hallway waiting for my blood to be drawn for about another 30 minutes post appointment because my correct name was still not in their system. On top of that I received mail stating my billing had been charged incorrectly. Their staff was nice but I won’t be using this location anymore.

I do like my doctor. But it is extremely frustrating when you were told at 9:30 in the morning your 4meds will be sent to the pharmacy and it is 4pm the NEXT DAY and you have called and sent messages in the portal and you still can seem to get the doctor to send over your meds so you have to go another night with out your meds. The web site to set appointment is difficult at best. Tried to set appointment. Can't, so I called. They NEVER answer the phone. Sent message through my chart .

Contacted the office today for an appointment. My blood pressure was 248/136.. PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW FRIDAY APPOINTMENT WILL HELP ME TODAY!! I submitted a complaint before NEVER RECEIVED ANY ASSISTANCE!! Appointment last week tech messed up on a urine test. Nurse was rude!! She told me that I was incorrect about a conversation I had over the phone. SHE WAS NOT ON CALL she had NO CLUE!! JUST RUDE!!! I spent ONE HOUR & TWENTY MINUTES in office for a UTI test? The person that answered the phone was not very good to me like she was in a hurry didn't ask me if I wanted to reschedule my appointment she said have a good day and hangup on me if this the way to treat person I won't be doctoring at that clinic at all that is for sure I think that I have already made my decision not be returning for my medical I think that I will be go somewhere else for this is not the first time having issues with this place it is my last time dealing with them
