Dr. Illa Chandani is patient, caring, and goes above and beyond for her patients. What stands out most is that she genuinely “sees” the people she cares for. She listens, takes concerns seriously, and never feels dismissive. In a time where that can be hard to find, her compassion and attentiveness mean so much. We deeply appreciate the care and kindness she has shown my mother-in-law.
While most of this entire office is a joke, I especially DO NOT recommend Maureen Tacke. She is rude, arrogant, and cold - not the type of PCP anyone wants. She isn't trustworthy and is exceedingly ignorant when it comes to medicine. Our entire family finally gave up on anything "Mercy One" after being patients for decades. We are now happily Unity Point patients and will never go back!
She ( the doctor and the nurse), were very understanding, kind, and really listened to me. The same i got from my other doctor at mercy south ( to whom they're closing the building), Dr Dennis Zachary. Thank you for the kindness and caring is over there.
We were seen by Sally Bennett for med check. Sally was very thorough, and answered all of our questions and concerns. She did some testing, and then we left the clinic. Sally is always knowledgeable of medical aspects and respectful .
I was very pleased with my appt. Didn’t have to wait checked in on like worked fine good treatment from nurse and Dr. received my referral in a good response and a call back very prompt from nurse.
