Good, clean, comfortable gym. Although a lot of the equipment is old, still very functional and the staff are caring and informative.

Good staff but can get slightly impatient. Very supportive of your recovery and give praise for hard work. I recommend them.
Great community resource. Great physical therapy, trainers, fitness, and classes. Strong community history. Very very clean. A gem.
Good place for working out. Not too busy and a big variety of exercise equipment.
