I have benefitted greatly from the care and opportunities provided there. Art therapy has lifted my spirits, my social worker therapist has helped me keep focus and find resources, and my massage therapist has helped with the pain. Dr. Demming listens and has wonderful suggestions.
Excellent people , everyone was friendly and polite, didn't see anyone there who was not caring and friendly. They put patients at ease and were very caring.
I hate going in this hospital clinic. The parking ramp on the East and elevators are so confusing 3, 2, 1 A, B, C. Have been there at a past appointment with the elevators not working. As a disabled person, getting from level B parking ramp to level 3 clinic by stairs was uncalled for.
I was so grateful for the care and compassion that my family received when my husband was a patient at the Mercy Cancer Center. When a loved one is diagnosed with cancer, our lives and all of the priorities therein are suddenly changed. Treating cancer becomes the most important, and yet one of the most terrifying things that one can face. From top to bottom the staff here have been so kind. The physicians are knowledgeable and passionate, the nurses and navigators are there for you, and even the people in the cafeteria are awesome. They have all the best technology and accreditations.
