We feel that we are getting the best neurological care in the MidWest. We have established a relationship that involves a caring staff that we can name and we can depend on. We are seen regularly and there is positive evidence that every bit of our experience is logged and being read and responded to. I'm 100% satisfied that our family is dependent upon the best care available.
I've experienced a consistent degree of professionalism from all personnel at this hospital, not only at points of scheduled appointments but also in-between navigating the property and services. My Doctor was & is excellent in timely correspondence with me and other medical assets beyond MercyOne specific services. My experience suggests that if one is in need they should ask and resources Will be provided to overcome-relative to the diagnosed hurdle, so to speak. A+ Thank you MercyOne Ruan Neurology Care!
The office and nursing staff here are terrible. Messages that actually get documwnted (not all are), are not forwarded to the doctor. They are sent to nurses. IF this nurses decide to acknowledge the message, something will happen. I had to call 4-5x in 1 week for someone to realize, oh, the doctor hasn't seen these. I can forward them on if you'd like?" YES! I don't give 2 hoots about what anyone but my doctor has to say when I've experienced medical emergency. 2 weeks later im seeing the doctor.
I am very impressed with Dr. Arneson. He has a kind, friendly manner. This was my first visit with him, and he was very thorough with his exam. He spent a lot of time with me and asked many questions. He arranged for labs and testing in order to determine a treatment plan. A big Thank You to Dr. Arneson and the staff for the excellent treatment!
widowed,2 weeks ago can't drive,had to moveto be closer tofamily, rely on children 2 hours away to get me to my appt.arrived 4minutes late.FROBT DESK AT mercy couldnt tell us how to get to Neurological center, told us to google it. im trying my best to navigate this new life.
