Saw dr jorgensen in November and was pleasantly pleased with his attentiveness and care he provided as well as the office staff. I had to call in today to get my appointments rescheduled bc I lost insurance in December and spoke with Crystal in the office. She was super sweet and helpful and patient.
I have been a patient of Dr. Hughes for 19 years and I have always received great care. The front desk and the staff there can be frustrating and sometimes calling in can be very frustrating with very long hold times. I would suggest that the front desk staff get more training in customer service and they realize the types of customers they are dealing with. Puricelli is truly the WORST “doctor” i have ever been too. Within two minutes of being in a room with him I walked out of my appointment. He did not even ask my name. I listed off some issues and all he did was say that wasn’t a migraine. No sheet Sherlock. When we told him this is not a good match and we would like to leave, he tried to get us to stay by saying “I’m just writing things down” we then said your bedside manners are horrible he stated that “now i feel like you’re attacking me.” if you want to waste money and t... read more
I'm glad to know it's not just me who feels the service and follow up is awful. If you need a neurologist, likely you may not have the emotional capacity to deal. Hold times are outrageous, they don't document calls so you have to repeat your story every time you try to contact someone, and nothing seems to be of any sense of urgency. If I wasn't already exhausted by it all, I'd find a new clinic.
I had a concerning experience with Dr. Puricelli, in neurology. My exam was not fully completed, yet my chart included documentation of steps that were not performed. This raises serious concerns about accuracy and professionalism. As a result, I will not be returning to this provider and cannot recommend them. I hope the clinic takes steps to prevent this from happening to other patients.
