Dr. Pucelli did not meet my expectations of care. He just seems tired and worn out as well as impatient. My mom is very anxious and a bit all over the place as well as frustrated that she cannot get any relief/answers. He just seemed irritated that she was irritated, which is understandable, but as a doctor, he should remain empathetic and professional. I just did not see that. The office and nursing staff here are terrible. Messages that actually get documwnted (not all are), are not forwarded to the doctor. They are sent to nurses. IF this nurses decide to acknowledge the message, something will happen. I had to call 4-5x in 1 week for someone to realize, oh, the doctor hasn't seen these. I can forward them on if you'd like?" YES! I don't give 2 hoots about what anyone but my doctor has to say when I've experienced medical emergency. 2 weeks later im seeing the doctor.
I am very impressed with Dr. Arneson. He has a kind, friendly manner. This was my first visit with him, and he was very thorough with his exam. He spent a lot of time with me and asked many questions. He arranged for labs and testing in order to determine a treatment plan. A big Thank You to Dr. Arneson and the staff for the excellent treatment!
My first appointments were canceled because I wasn't aware of the time policy. I have had success since then, and I am pleased that I was referred to Dr. Jacoby. He has had many tests done to try to pinpoint the reason for my falls.
Saw dr jorgensen in November and was pleasantly pleased with his attentiveness and care he provided as well as the office staff. I had to call in today to get my appointments rescheduled bc I lost insurance in December and spoke with Crystal in the office. She was super sweet and helpful and patient.
