Incompetent scheduling. Called to have us come in for an immediate spot on Christmas eve. Once there and fully admitted, they realize they don't have anyone on staff to perform the imaging and sent us home.
Very rude front desk lady when I spoke with her on the phone on 5/29. She left me on hold for 20 minutes and when she took me off hold, very rudely asked me what I need. She then immediately sent me to a voicemail. Horrible service and no concern for the patient.
Today I’m wanting to inform whoever goes to Clinic to make sure that you know the type of services you will get treated for. I want to think Karina and Dr. Rabang for being the most loyal people within this practice. Other than that the management team, and Valrie or Val should be terminated. They assumed that I could’ve been a drug addict and didn’t want to refill my medicines. They assume that I walked in a pharmacy and picked up my own prescriptions. Had my Medicare Physical today with Dr Rabang. I’ve been a patient with him for over 10 years. He always explains everything and is so KNOWLEDGEABLE. I’m a retired nurse and have comfort knowing he’s THE BEST. He is never behind and ALWAYS is in a great mood and truly cares. He understands my needs and respects my wishes regarding my care despite if he agrees with it. THAT IS A TRUE DR. that has been lost in today’s health care. All the staff but the nurse who help me Were quite frankly rude cold and closed off. It felt like I was a burden to everyone who had to help me. I believe the doctor who helped me was named Erin Dohlman she didn't seam like she wanted to help me and was only there because she had to be. The worst experience I've ever had with Mercy.
