Nurses and doctors very helpful during a scary time! Took the time to walk me through all my pre and post surgery needs.
Very unprofessional staff and rude. They close the office at 12:30-1:00pm. They do not have a sign up nor do the list those hours on the door to state they are closed those times.
Waited 7 weeks to even be seen. Then did the procedure and was told 1 week for results and a call back. After 10 days, still no call. When I called in they told me she's on vacation another week and now I have to wait even longer to get results and answers. When feeling sick and wondering what is going on, and paying a lot of money for procedures, this is extremely difficult to hear.
