Dr. Paul Richardson is amazing! His knowledge and bed side manner are admirable! I had to find my own specialist and I went with Dr.Richardson based on his years of experience and reviews I had read and he did not disappoint. He explained everything to me in such a way that I truely understood my issues when he was finished. Dr. Richardson is the worst, he is rude in every way. Staff have no compassion for patients from what I saw towards my dad and to other patients in the waiting room. Moving my fathers care to Unity Point!
4 hour wait time to see the doctor. Worst Dr office I've ever been too. They are not accommodating. Plan on tajing the whole day off work and sitting here the whole day if you have an appt.
Paid $290 deposit just to sit in a waiting room for 3 hours and never get the answers i was looking for
Amazing doctors! but 125 min wait for a 15 min appt is insane!!!!
