Love my doctor, but I was there the other day and the nurse that came out to get me seemed extremely miserable. She looked me up and down with scowl on her face when she "greeted me" to go back to the exam room. When in the exam room and the nurse asked why I was there, I had named a couple of things regarding my neck/shoulder pain due to macromastia and getting a referral to a psychiatrist. Well, after pulling up their reviews to leave my own, I now understand the 2.9 rating they have - although it should be lower. In my 5 minutes there, a secretary berated me for making an appointment under my name for my baby (didn’t know one-year-olds could answer for themselves and make their own appointments… matter of fact, I clicked the option “fill out for minor” anyway) and another secretary with a headset complained loudly about answering calls (isn’t that your job????). Dr. Julianne Sarconne is a terrible person. She is judgmental and does NOT listen to her patients. I wish i could give 0 stars i am sick with how i was treated today. I will never go back. I will NEVER trust mercy one ever again! You all should be ashamed of yourselves! I was asking for a referral to be properly diagnosed with adhd because i truly believe that is what i have, and she thinks i just want pills. She treated me like a druggie criminal! She should NOT be practicing medicine anymore!
Doctors are great. They always struggle w it j front desk. Destiny specifically is a Brat. She is always rude not only to myself but I’ve seen her be a brat and impatient with just about everyone in contact with. We live in America, but it feels like I'm in a third-world country. The overall attitude in all my interactions with this office has been negative. Everyone seems to hate their job and couldn’t care less about who lives or dies—just numb people who don’t care about anything. Avoid this place like the plague. You won't get help.
