The facility is great, and the nurses and doctor were amazing. However, the front older woman that’s a receptionist is terrible. She definitely needs to work on her customer service and the way she talks to parents.
Both Dr. Jackson and Dr. Chris are EXCELLENT providers. My son and daughter both see Dr. Jackson for primary care and occasionally we've seen Dr. Chris. Dr. Jackson has been such an amazing provider to our children (one who has complex health needs) in addition to providing breast feeding and PPD support for me. We recently relocated 3-hours away and we continue to commute to her for care. I love that both providers respect my family's wishes and approach to parenting. Dr. Chris & Dr. Jackson are THEE best in town! My son "R" usually sees Dr. Chris and he has been such a huge help with my son. I love that he talks directly to my son, even though he's 2 years old. It's refreshing and it shows him awesome examples of communication. We trust both of the Drs and their wisdom. They also never make me feel like an overprotective or crazy concerned parent either. Thanks for all you do Dr. Chris & Dr. Jackson!!
Dr. Christopher Etscheidt is simply amazing! My wife and I just had our first child in August. With having no prior experience to Pediatricions, I can only hope all are as great as Dr. Chris. We've already recommended him to our friends/family for their upcoming newborns. Dr. Chris addressed all our concerns, spoke directly to our newborn son like he was speaking to an adult. You can tell without a doubt he loves what he does. We're so greatful to Dr. Chris in helping us with this new journey as parents.
Change in doctor as of May 19th with out being informed. We just had a checks yearly check up for her meds May 15th. Nobody let us know via email or while in office. Daughter was due for a monthly med that she needs. Refused to refill until we see the new doctor. They wouldn’t even call in a 5 day prescription till we could be seen. She was with out her medication for a week till they could get her in. Very poor communication!! It’s been over a month of Dr. Chris being gone and they still have his business cards upfront.
