The Good & The Bad I have lived in this building for 3 years (same apartment- studio loft on the 4th floor). PROS: extremely close to the train station (less than a 5 min walk); safe area to live in; less than 1 mile to Target, Walmart, Starbucks, ShopRite, Marshall's, Old Navy & lots of other stores; spacious apartments; updated amenities in apartment; huge bathrooms; parking garage under the complex; very clean common areas; friendly cleaning & maintenance staff; pet friendly. Love it! I highly recommend this place. Close to train station which makes easy commute to NYC and Newark Airport. Located in the Center of Linden where all you need is to walk to or short drive to Walmart, ShopRite, AMC, to name a few. Pet friendly and safe. Maintenance crew are very PROFESSIONAL very FRIENDLY, very RESPECTFUL. They are always willing to assist at any given time. They are always cleaning the unfortunate mess that Tenants leave behind. Horrible Laundry Facility Only 2 of the 15 dryers work. People hog the 2 that work, will take hours to get dry clothes or be stuck with wet clothes. Management does nothing about it, it's been over a year with no improvement. Would not recommend coming here.
Laundry facility broken for over a year 90% of the dryers do not work, you have to wait hours to find 1 of the 2 that work, or end up with soaked clothes. Contacting management does nothing, it’s been over a year with no changes. Do not come here
