The staff are diligent, accountable, attentive, and friendly. I really appreciate their commitment to prioritizing requests and ensuring residents are well-informed. The building is modern and well maintained, plus it’s in a great spot with easy access to shops and transit.
A commuter’s dream location—just a short walk to the train station and conveniently close to major highways and public transit. As a bonus, the property is surrounded by fantastic dining, shopping, top-rated schools, and vibrant entertainment options, making it ideal for families!
Beautiful building and very friendly staff! The hallways, lobby and gym are always very clean. Great outdoor space at this building and I love the downtown.
First time leaving a negative review online, ever. Lived here 7/2024 until 7/21/2025 Absolute garbage management team. I was overcharged for my last month of rent from 7/1/2025 - 7/21/2025. Instead of being charged the 21 days, I was charged the full month of 31 days. Mistake happens and this is not a big deal. Problem is, I've contacted them numerous times to get the refund. Here I am, 2 months later, still without a refund. I will be posting reviews on different platforms until i get my money back.
