I saw Dr. Primka for a consultation for a little surgical procedure I need to have on my face. These 5 stars all belong to him. I was extremely impressed by his kind and gentle demeanor. He patiently explained the procedure to me, answered my questions thoroughly and drew a little diagram to give me a visual that greatly increased my understanding, and did not walk out the door until he was sure I didn't have any other questions or concerns. Good visit. Long wait due to new software system. Being in IT, the data was not ported over correctly leaving the staff to enter the data. Understood that even the first and last names were switched and the staff had to change themselves. Before the next office is upgraded, I suggest the implementation plan be changed to perform more robust data conversion testing. This suggestion is made based on my 30 years in IT.
