I will not be returning to this dentist after being a patient for 10+ years. They scheduled xrays 2 days too early, insurance wont cover the service and im stuck with the bill. I spoke with Annette who was unapologetic and placed all responsibility on me. She was rude, unprofessional and unwilling to help. She wouldn't even return my phone call.
