Low rents - but you pay for it – When I moved in to merrimack landing I was happy that they could process my application so fast and it was promptly approved. Though they did bump the deposit up quite a bit due to some history of bad credit. One of the things you notice about this area is that it is mostly for military. This makes sense since it is less than 5 blocks from Gate #4 Naval Station.
