The office girls were always there when we had a question no matter how small. The crew that was there to do the windows then the siding were absolutely amazing we have a large dog and they were friendly with her. And the guys that came through after to make sure everything was clean and right were funny and friendly.
I am absolutely in love with my new windows, what a difference it makes my house look! The crew that came out were amazing, they did such a great job, very polite, very thorough and cleanup was perfect! And Samantha was a doll! She called and checked up several times to make sure I was happy with everything, during and after! Highly recommend Mesler Roofing & Exteriors!
I had my skylight replaced. Danny came a day early and gave me the estimate. I highly recommended using this company. They are devoted to their customers. From Christie and Hallie in the office to Danny Blevins the job bidder to the crew who installed my skylight a very deserved GREAT JOB and EXCELLENT customer service. Horrible experience. I wanted to use local contractors but Lawrence has to be able to do better than this. They installed the window incorrectly and with the recent snow, water poured into my house through the seam while I was out of town for work. There should have been flashing installed but wasn’t. A simple window install, which should be bread and butter for this company, has turned into 1000s of dollars worth of water damage to carpets, walls, and my ceiling. We had two windows installed today by "Bubba." He was very professional and friendly. He was on time and was very respectful of our home. It was one of the coldest days of the year and yet he had a great attitude installing our windows. We were surprised that he was the only installer who worked on the windows. He kept at it and cleaned up the area after he was finished. He was very friendly. I hope that when we decide to have more windows installed in the future that he would be the installer.
