Amazing buying experience. Looks amazing and fits like a glove. I got welded and cleaned corners because it was for a bird cage I macgyvered from one into two and the corners are beautifully done! Honestly couldn’t be happier!
The edge of my part needed a little polish, not perfectly smooth. I considered taking off 1 star. But it was very minor. And once polished, it was perfect. The part I ordered was thin and potentially easy to damage. It is simply a thin, narrow decorative ring for a project. Since it is somewhat fragile, I wasn’t sure if it would come out perfect. And survive shipping. But, aside from the slight imperfections on some part of the edges, it was perfectly machined. And it was packaged in wood to insure it would survive shipping.
Jen was very responsive and helpful. I missed selecting the “weld” corners on the stainless tray. Jen pulled the product from shipment and corrected my mistake. I got exactly what I needed on time! Very Happy!
They never answer the phone. Won’t refund my money. Wanted an expedited shipment and realized they still claim some 15 day lead time for Covid, here in 2026. Requested a refund within 12 hrs of placing my order online and can’t speak to a human… buyer beware!
Super easy to design a custom stainless steel piece. For us, we needed something to keep our noodle baskets in place in our pasta cooker. Fabricated and shipped very quickly. Came out exactly as we needed.
