The edge of my part needed a little polish, not perfectly smooth. I considered taking off 1 star. But it was very minor. And once polished, it was perfect. The part I ordered was thin and potentially easy to damage. It is simply a thin, narrow decorative ring for a project. Since it is somewhat fragile, I wasn’t sure if it would come out perfect. And survive shipping. But, aside from the slight imperfections on some part of the edges, it was perfectly machined. And it was packaged in wood to insure it would survive shipping.

The custom u channel I ordered looked great and was within the spec I specified. Also, I had them laser cut three cutout, and they were perfect as well. Part arrived just as ordered. Very happy with the result. Small quantity high precision metal parts. Easy online ordering. Took a few weeks to arrive but it is a custom part after all... Will definitely use these guys as a resource for metal parts in the future

The piece was cut exactly as ordered and described by the ordering guidelines. I ordered the piece to provide a base to a 5 gallon aquarium on top of a bit of furniture that has a hollow veneer top. The metal will spread the weight of the aquarium out to more surface area which should hopefully prevent bowing. Either way they sent exactly what I asked for.
