At first I couldn't enter the gate because of keypad problems. But customer service was very helpful. I've had my unit for 2 months. Very clean and also have security gates. Good prices and deals.
I rarely leave reviews, but this is a great facility - Great service, price and clean! My wife feels super safe coming at night with the big LED lights and security cameras. I have been a customer for a couple years and the new owners have done a ton to improve it. The staff is awesome and the place is super clean!

Experience was great. Our items were stored for several years and all items in great condition when we moved out.
Used for a year, most of my items were damaged from rats. Rates went up also. To expensive for not being temperature controlled.
