After our heat pump wasn’t working well, I called Method Air to come and see what was happening. Mike arrived right on time, assessed the situation and determined what the issue was with our heat pump. After submitting online my service request, Mike followed up quickly and was out to my home within a few days. I was able to share the system error code with him online, helping him to identify what needed to be replaced. Prior to replacing the part, Mike provided options to help me make an informed decision as to the best repair choice for my family. Now with this resolved, I know with confidence my heat pump and furnace will remain reliable through the upcoming cold season.

Mike and his team were fantastic to work with! They completed their install ahead of schedule and were extremely courteous and happy to work around our toddlers name time without hesitation. Their communication was great and they were able to fit us in on rather short notice. Would definitely hire them again

Mike and Ryan were awesome. Clear and honest communication throughout the process. Price was less than the competitors for same product. He coordinated the other trades so I didn't have to do anything. He made it so easy. The overall customer service was top notch. He even completed the additional venting I asked for within the install timeframe. I highly recommend Method Air!
