Very well planned process to recover insurance funds. As the project progressed, timing and quality of work was very good. After the work inspection made me feel very comfortable about the work.
Method did an excellent job working through problems with our insurance company and meeting their commitment to delivering a quality product. Farah did an exceptional job coordinating contractors and answering any concerns I had during the process.
The communication from this place is the worst. They were prompt and responsive when pursuing my business last year but after an assessment was done with them and my insurer I could not get anything from Method. Calls and texts went ignored, when I did speak with someone it was always they’ll look at the file and get back and do another inspection for the insurer. Absolutely zero follow through.
