Dont waste your money. I called and left messages with 3 attorneys listed in my area that Metlife referred to me. I have left several messages with no responses. I called Metlife support and the representative read from a script as fast as she could then said is there anything else I can do for you. I actually needed some unscripted help. I emailed Metlifes concerns dept and got an AI response, however they did response with in 48 hrs with an AI saying it will be looked at by another dept blah blah blah. Unfortunately not what I thought. I need some guidance with a legal matter, I contacted a few lawyers and they told me they will call me in 24-48 hours. Only one contacted me and it was by email and did not advise anything at all.. I thought having the legal plan will be helpful when needed but it’s not. Such a hassle for a lawyer to contact me. That was my personal experience. Very disappointed.
