Worst bank ever. I closed my account with the pay off car loan amount they gave me over the phone, but they kept on billing me. I called them many times and stayed on hold many times and decided just to pay the small amount they wanted. It wasn't worth my time and effort. Then, I get another bill! I am leaving Metro CU. They recently overhauled their online banking website and took away features that made it easy to use. Not anymore. I joined Metro in 2003 and was very happy until a couple of years ago, they made a change that you could not sign in without a code either through email or phone. I wasn't happy but stuck with them.
