I have been banking for 14 yrs and was happy until recently, the customer service on the phone is rating at a zero. Today I waited on phone for one hour with no response, also tried the call back situation to be next to call with no response. May be time to make a move to a company that services the customer.
Not necessarily a location thing but their auto loan department is awful. If I could rate this bank a zero, I would. Absolutely terrible experience. Employees are rude and condescending on the phone. I was told five different things; nothing was ever consistent. They owe me money but are blaming me for refinancing my loan—something anyone would do after so many errors on their part. Always seem to be understaffed. Long waiting lines.
