Well I always have good experiences at Metro Credit Union. People are very nice over there. Christo Pappas is an awesome, amazing, and helpful person in there.
I had an excellent experience working with Christos. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. He went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered.
I have been banking for 14 yrs and was happy until recently, the customer service on the phone is rating at a zero. Today I waited on phone for one hour with no response, also tried the call back situation to be next to call with no response. May be time to make a move to a company that services the customer.

Not necessarily a location thing but their auto loan department is awful. If I could rate this bank a zero, I would. Absolutely terrible experience. Employees are rude and condescending on the phone. I was told five different things; nothing was ever consistent. They owe me money but are blaming me for refinancing my loan—something anyone would do after so many errors on their part.
