I have been a member of Metro for many years; I got my first car loan through Metro $180.50 month :) I was having an issue with my debit card; many customer service representatives tried to fix it multiple calls nothing worked. I have two accounts, so it wasn't a big deal I just transferred money around via the app. I was going on vacation; I stopped in at the Newton branch and Ryan Wong greeted me, he was very polite, cheerful and eager to help.
