I just opened a savings and checking account there today. Christian Carmo could not have been more helpful!!! He guided me through everything I needed to know about getting my savings account and checking account started, including getting my wife signed onto both accounts in case of emergency. He got my ATM card, and ordered checks for me. He also showed me how to use the mobile app which I now have on my phone. Christian took his time and answered all our questions. I've been a customer for a little over a year now. The staff are always so warm & receptive. Emale Barbosa & Christian Carmo handled my end of day financial dilemma with so much grace & professionalism! We need more of that in the world. If anything, whoever runs corporate should incorporate a standing lunch hour. They even miss out on meals to cater to clients! Ain't that it?!

Trying to pay off a car loan, I called the main telephone number, which was answered by a virtual assistant. The car dealer had given me an extension for the Consumer Loan Servicing Department at MCU. The virtual assistant will not allow extensions to be entered. When I told the virtual assistant that it was not helping me, it hung up.
