I have never had a root canal and needless to say I was quite nervous. Dr Gold was absolutely fantastic. He reassured me and was very professional and experienced in the procedure. I felt no pain whatsoever which is most people's concern. Not that I ever want to go back to have another procedure done, but if I had to, I would definitely recommend Dr Gold. His staff were very friendly and helpful and genuinely concerned about my care and experience. I have nothing but praise for the entire office.
During the consultation, Dr Ari Gold answered all of my questions and concerns without rushing me. Next was the actual treatment and I was pretty nervous about getting the local anaesthetic injection, due to a previously traumatic experience, but Dr Ari Gold gave it painlessly. He made sure I was feeling comfortable throughout the process and was very thorough. If you’ve been unfortunate enough to need a root canal, at least make it a good experience by getting it done at this clinic.
If it's possible for a root canal to be a pleasant experience, Dr. Gold and the staff have mastered it. Every interaction with every staff member has been exceptional. Each of the team members are kind, understanding, and a delight to deal with. Dr Gold was as considerate and thorough as could be - explaining everything to me in simple terms that made perfect sense. He's got a great sense of humor too. Dr. Gold performed a root canal for one of my two front teeth which had died and I was nervous but it was the most comfortable and painless dental procedure I’ve ever had. The staff gave me nitrous to calm my nerves and I didn’t feel a thing. The whole procedure took less than 40 minutes but truly, it felt like 5 for me, and Dr. Gold explained everything to me.
