Don't bother looking at these places. Very outdated, terrible management that does not upkeep the facilities. I had a literal leak in my ceiling and took them MONTHS to fix it, I had to lay pots and pans to catch the water from the rain! Not a joke! I had a literal raccoon 🦝 fall out of my roof! RUN AWAY AND RUN AWAY FAST!!!! If I could rate this properly it would be a -1000. This is truly the WORST place I have ever rented from. From the disgusting buildings/hallways to the TERRIBLE and rude service from the leasing office employees AND the metropolitan associates CORPORATE OFFICE, trust me when i say RUN AWAY if you have ever thought about moving here. I live in The Franklin - one of their properties and the building and property staff are amazing. That being said, Metropolitan Associates the company sucks and should be dumped into our Great Lake. I have had payment issues multiple times with them, where their online payment system dumps my banking information out of the system then I get hit with a $75 fine/late fee. The apartment layout was great. However, there were a few issues that made me move out as soon as the lease ended. First, my entry key did not work well so I was often standing outside until someone either entered or exited the building. Then, my supposedly new air conditioner only blew HOT air. And once winter came, my apartment was as cold inside as outside because the thermostat did not work! And whenever I called to ask for assistance, I was questioned as if I had did something wrong. They claim I owe them 3200 dollars in damages. Lol these people are very unprofessional. Racist etc. the list goes on. I lived here for 2 years. The maintenance people ( DIFFERENT GUYS ) just use to walk in my home no phone call no knock NOTHING ! SINK ALWAYS WAS BOGUS ! I JUST DONT SEE THE 3200 dollars in damages.
