The food is always great and good portion sizes for the price. The service, however, is always lacking. I suspect it has to do with understaffing, but I’ve been to this location 10+ times and have never been greeted when I walk in, even when it was absolutely dead today with no other customers inside. Dropped the stars to 1. We stopped by today 4/13/25 because we had a great experience the first time. Today we were disappointed and disgusted. We waited a several minutes to place our order. It was kinda busy. The staff was not friendly or welcoming. Two were working the line while the manager, I assume, was on the computer or something. I read the reviews for this location and was a little weary. Upon arrival l was greeted and they were very friendly. The store is very clean and the food was delicious. Looking forward to a return visit. If I were to make one critique it would be the garlic sauce. I’ve always enjoyed a more traditional garlic and this one is very runny and didn’t have that bite.

I love the food from Mezeh, but the way they put together the bowls is not consistent. The staff varies too much and the customer service is not good, I don’t feel welcome in this place. There’s a lot of tension among the employees, arguing because nobody wants to help you, everyone is busy. Sometimes this location is very dirty and sometimes they even run out of food. When I’m in a hurry I come here, but I prefer the Optimist Hall location, it’s cleaner and you actually feel welcome.

There is nothing fast about this place.They are under-staffed and disorganized. Atleast, they are clean but it seems that all they do there. You place can place an online order, set an time for arrival, arrive on time to pick up your food and still have to wait 10-15 mins to be told your food is getting made now. Also as you wait, they will make your order wrong and not tell you of they run out of something. I ordered corn salsa and got spicy feta. I gave this place too much money.
