We had an excellent experience. We needed on-site storage quickly, and the estimate/sign-up/delivery process was quick and efficient. The box was in good shape, and provided the additional storage we needed. At the end, the return process was easy, and they even pro-rated the rental fee, as we returned the box at the beginning of the month. Both office staff and delivery folks were very pleasant to deal with, and we would not hesitate to use Mi-Box again.
Everyone was helpful, friendly, courteous, all promises delivered and expectations met!
