My husband has wanted to try this place out for dinner, Mi Rancho and I am so glad we did. It is The Woodlands/Gosling location and worth the 30 minute drive. The place is stunning with the high ceilings and decorated perfectly to match the Mexican cuisine. The staff from the moment you enter were super inviting and friendly. We had a great experience at Mi Rancho. The food was amazing everything tasted incredibly fresh and full of flavor. The El Valiente plate was definitely the highlight and absolutely delicious. The skinny margarita was just okay for me good flavor but not quite as strong as I expected. Overall, we will definitely be back for the food. Fresh, tasty, and a great dining experience!
Originally from South Padre Island & well versed in Tex-Mex cuisine, we've happily been long time patrons of Mí Rancho in Spring. We were glad to have a new location open near our residence and anxious to try it out. From the door opening upon arrival to the door closing behind us at departure, this was an authentic dining experience we will revisit often. We are here for the soft opening and we highly recommend a visit for great Mexican food and cocktails.. and our waiter Chris if you like excellent service. The build out is beautiful and the booths are comfortable. Try the chunky guacamole appetizer which is so fresh and delicious w/lettuce and it tastes like a squeeze of lime. Rafael was our waiter and he was excellent! Super nice and attentive! I ordered the chicken quesadillas with corn tortillas and they were PERFECT!!! Absolutely delicious!!!! 🤤 The food arrived quickly and was fresh! 10/10! I definitely will be back!
