I had an appointment set for early June to see the urologist. They called me about a month and a half ago to push back my appointment by a week or so. Not a problem, I understand things happen. But then called me again today to set my appt back from June all the way to November. At this point, I ended up canceling my appointment and gonna find somewhere else to go. 👎🏼👎🏼
The husband had a vasectomy done. I called the week of to make sure I had all the information right for his appointment. I was told that it would only take up to 30 minutes and I would be able to go back with him and watch it be done. The day of his surgery we got there 25 minutes early and they didn't take home back until 5 minutes after his appointment. At that point I was told I could not go back with him. Waited over 30 minutes for him to get out of surgery. The lady at the front desk was rude to my husband. Not happy wi... read more
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Dr. spent his time with me and didn’t rush, but if you are a sensitive cream puff, he might not be for you. He is dry and to the point, almost to a fault. If I could give zero stars I would. Tried to get a appt for my husband since. July 1, we signed papers to switch from a different Uroligist to have records transferred. We wanted a second opinion and he’s having new issues. The office staff said no matter what problem he is having we could not make an appt till they had his records even though he had not seen a urologist in 2 years. So July 1 till I started making phone calls between their office and the other doctor office to get records sent. I finally asked to speak to ma... read more
Dr. Monsour is absolutely amazing. He is so kind and informative and made me feel super comfortable. He helped me so much through battling these Kidney stones and I'm so thankful for everything he has done for me and what he continues to do for everyone else. I will also say I was impressed at how clean everything was kept in the waiting area. Hand sanitizer everywhere and everyone was extremely polite and on top of things!
